The Awards & Recognition Committee receives any
proposed change to
Amway Global, formerly Quixtar
Inc.'s Independent
Business Owner (IBO)
awards programs. These proposed changes may be submitted by
Amway
Global or by individual Independent Business Owners. The Committee
evaluates the proposed change, determines its impact on IBOs,
and makes a recommendation to
Amway Global as to whether it should be
adopted or rejected.
The Committee itself may initiate proposed changes to IBO
awards and submit them to
Amway Global along with a recommendation for adoption.
