North American EDC (Executive Diamond Council) members
joined those from around the world today for the first
Global EDC event – celebrating
Amway Global’s
50th
Anniversary. It’s at a gathering of this size that you
realize the magnitude of the
founding
families’ accomplishment. Imagine, men and women from
such diverse cultures and economies achieving such success
under one enterprise. Fifty years ago, who would have
dreamed of it?
All day long, EDC members arrived by private jet and were
greeted at a private hangar by
Amway Global Travel
Staff. They have traveled from as far away as
Asia and
Australia,
joining our IBOs from
North America, including Members of the
IBOAI Board.
All are staying at the
Amway
Grand Plaza Hotel
and the
JW
Marriott, the two premier hotels in downtown Grand
Rapids, Michigan.

Representing the original founding families at the
50th Anniversary Celebration
are second generation IBOs Jody and Gina Dutt,
Jerry and Karen (Hansen) DeBlaay, and Jody and Kathy
Victor.
